building resilient athletes w/ virtue & excellence

We Help YOU Build Your Athletes and Athletic Programs

Always LEADING, Always GROWING. Give your athletes and programs an edge with ALA.
How can we best equip the leaders in our schools and athletic programs to ensure they leave a lasting, positive impact on their programs? Are we intentionally training them to inspire, challenge, and lead!?
Leadership isn’t just about knowledge, title, or experience—it’s about continuous growth, intentional investment, and a commitment to excellence. If we want to shape the next generation for success, we must first commit to learning, growing, and leading by example.
It is
crucial to develop and prepare these students--not only to compete at their highest potential but to glorify Christ in everything they do.

We educate and train Christian athletes so we can steward our gifts to the very best of our abilities for God's Glory.

Our mission is to empower student-athletes, coaches, and parents with transformative tools and education that foster championship cultures—where student-athletes excel academically, grow socially, flourish spiritually, and achieve athletically. By instilling timeless virtues, we shape individuals of character, integrity, and resilience, preparing them to lead and inspire in every area of life.

Why us?

As parents, coaches, and athletic directors you wear many hats.  With over 100 years of combined coaching & playing experience we help relieve you of some time as we educate athletes on Leadership, Lifestyle, Spiritual Development, Mental Skills, and other performance related topics so your athletes can perform to their very best for their school and for their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The 5 Life Skills ALA teaches their students
1. Leadership and Teamwork- Know how to lead and operate as apart of a team is one of the best and most transferable skills we can build in our student athletes. Here we learn the qualities and concepts both in theory and practice where we collaborate to build these skills.
2. Public Speaking- One of the biggest fears that people in our world have is attacked head on in this program. Student are required to give a speech each week and learn to tell stories, control body language, receive feedback, and how to captivate an audience.
3. Relationship Building- Social skills must be taught and learned. There are many things that AI will not be able to replace and human to human relationships is one of them. Socialization skills will help develop and cultivate the skills that can give them long term success.
4. Emotional Intelligence- Self awareness is one of the best skills one can have. Emotions without control is chaos. Learning to self regulate and feel when your body is changing during competition is an important part of performance not just on the field but in other areas of life as well.
5. Resilience/Hard Work/Time Management- Resilience and the ability to bounce back from failure is one of the best predictors of success in people. Here we will be pushed hard to do hard things because that is what will enable them to grow into successful young adults. Doing and accomplishing hard things literally rewires and changes our brains.
